Ahhh - there’s nothing like Milwaukee in the autumn time! Leaves changing color and apple cider, nights by Lake Michigan, smores, AND - some of the best concerts and shows coming to town to round up those end of the year shows before the holidays kick in. And looks like there’ll be no exception this time around either - we’ve got a true Bada$$ coming to the stage to rock the night away and steal everyone’s Dark Aura and make it something pure! Joey Bada$$ is bringing his 2025 Dark Aura tour right here to The Rave on October 25th for you me and we - AND he’s bringing Ab Soul and Rapsody to the stage?! Come on y’all - we can’t ask for much better to be honest! This is a once in a lifetime show - and even though Joey is hitting spots like Boston, Chicago, Vegas, Austin and all the way up in Montreal - we know the Milwaukee show is gonna be the best, ‘cause NONE of those places throws down like The Rave - and we’re all here ready to match Joey’s energy!

Joey Bada$$ truly is an American icon - and if you don’t know it by now, shame on you! But no worries we’ve got you covered for all your hip hop history and then some. Born in Brooklyn New York in 1995, Joey got his start in 2012 with his breakout album 1999, style-izing and putting into picture what it was like growing up as a kid in NYC back before the dot com bubble crashed. He quickly rose to fame - getting Billboard 200 top 10 albums on his first releases, spinning off into film and acting with hits like Mr.Robot and Grown-ish, and traveling to quite literally every place on the map that has a stage and a mic for him to flex on. And the biggest sauce for Joey? Being 1000% himself in every role and song he approaches. Joey has been known to keep it real - I mean, his latest album is literally called Lonely At The Top, and more than that - giving his whole emotion in all the things he wants us to see about his life. No matter WHAT you say about Joey - he’s consistent and a force to be reckoned with in the rap game always and for the next decade at least - and that’s why we’re so excited to have him here this October for the show of the year!
